Shipping Policy
General

“Sash” usually ships all local supplied products within 5 days from confirmation of payment. |

While in stock, controllers will ship within 3 days from confirmation of payment. |
1.3 |
Controllers bought on backorder will, depending on international shipment delays, ship within 6 weeks from confirmation of payment. |
1.4 |
We use the services of “The Courier Guy” but if the customer wishes to use their own couriers, we require an email requesting the service and telephone number of that courier. |
1.5 |
We only ship to residential or work addresses. |
1.6 |
Once an order is placed the customer will receive a tracking number along with notification of which courier has been used via email. |
1.7 |
This number can be used to call the courier company for further information on the whereabouts of the package. |
Returns/Refund Policy
1.1 |
All items bought from “Sash” will have 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated. |
1.2 |
In the case where a Sash Controller is bought and arrives DOA (dead on arrival), “Sash” will refund the customer the full amount or swap the item out for another. |
1.3 |
We require customers to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s for this policy to be affect. In which case we will require all merchandise such as cables, manuals, CD’s and brochures etc that came with the product to be send with the product purchased. |
1.4 |
If there are any items missing, we have the right to refuse a refund until the said items are returned. |
1.5 |
If an item fails within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the customer the full amount or swap the item out for another as stated above. There will however be a 20% handling fee and restocking fee applicable on these items. |
1.6 |
We do not refund any software that has been used or tampered with. |
1.7 |
All items being shipped back (returned) must be well packaged and clearly marked with your return address on it. |
